What to include in your email
The faster we know what's happening, the faster we fix it. Please include:
- Your license key (or order ID from Paddle).
- Your Writerify version (visible in the sidebar, e.g., "v2.1.35").
- The keyword or article that failed (if applicable).
- A screenshot of the error — open the Activity log at the bottom of the app and capture the red rows.
- What you've already tried.
Common issues — try these first
Amazon search keeps failing with HTTP 202 / 503
Amazon's anti-bot system is throttling us. Wait 10–30 minutes and retry, or switch to Manual ASIN mode and paste the products you want. See the Troubleshooting guide for details.
License activation says "wrong machine"
Your license is bound to a different PC. Open Writerify on the OTHER computer → License page → Deactivate & release seat. Then come here and activate. If you no longer have access to the other machine, email us and we'll release the seat manually.
Articles publish but no images
The image fetcher couldn't find a commercial-safe match. Open Settings → enable Stock-photo fallback (Pexels + Pixabay) and paste your free API keys. As a last resort, enable Web images with source credit.
I want a refund
Sure — we offer a 14-day full refund, no questions asked. Email us your license key and we'll process it through Paddle. Refund typically lands back on your card in 5–10 business days.
What we can't help with
A few things genuinely fall outside our reach. We'll redirect you to the right place:
- Claude / OpenAI / Gemini API errors — those are upstream provider issues. Check their status pages or developer dashboards.
- WordPress / Next.js hosting problems — contact your hosting provider. Writerify only publishes to the endpoint; if the endpoint is down, we can't fix that.
- SEO consulting — we make the content pipeline; you run the strategy. We're happy to point you at good SEO communities but we can't audit your site's overall ranking issues.
Office hours
We respond Monday–Friday, 09:00–22:00 UTC. Weekends are slower — usually 12–24 hour turnaround. Urgent license issues (can't activate, paid but no key received) get bumped to the top of the queue regardless.
Feature requests & bug reports
Got an idea or hit a bug? Email support@writerify.org with the subject line starting with "[Feature]" or "[Bug]". We read every message. The changelog shows what's shipped recently.
